Chatura is the Founder Director of Chatur Knowledge Networking Pvt. Ltd. She has an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Mumbai University and has worked on projects with Sussex University, UK and Syracuse University, USA. She is one of the only 2 MASTER TRAINERs in India, with Center for Applied Cognitive Studies, USA, for The Workplace Big Five Profile (WB5P). She has worked as an Assessor with various internationally acclaimed institutions like Development Dimensions International (DDI), Tata Management Training Centre, E & Y and Jnana Prabodhini’s Institute of Psychology.
Chatura has worked as an Adjunct Coach with Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) in India and the Asia Pacific region. She is a Certified Coach by Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), USA and has clocked over 1000 hours of Coaching Senior Managers.
She is currently working in the area of Positive Psychology and has facilitated an online program on The Science of Happiness, at the Greater Good Science Center, University of Berkeley, USA.
Chatura has designed and facilitated several behavioural and leadership training programs for small and large corporations. Some of the Flagship training programs run by her company are LEAD for Senior and Middle Managers, Influencing Skills, Target-Result Orientation with Execution Excellence, Managerial Effectiveness, Keys for Great Managers for Employee Engagement and C4E- Coaching for Excellence. She has also conducted several Alignment and Strategy workshops for the Senior Leadership Teams of large organizations. Chatura also conducts the Certification program on the Workplace Big Five Profile 4.0.
Chatura has also worked as Faculty at SCMHRD and ICFAI and has given guest lectures at many Management Institutes like SIBM, SIIB, MIT,VIT etc.
She has a vast experience in developing psychometric tools. She is the author of a Personality tool called the CB5 based on the Five Factor Model. Chatura has also authored ‘inSights’- a 360 Multirater feedback instrument. Along with Jnana Prabodhini her company has developed 2 instruments called I AM and ACE for Aptitude testing and Career Guidance as well as for measuring abilities in the industry. She has counselled more than 1000 students.
For over a decade Chatura was closely associated with Mensa India and conducted programs for the ‘Gifted’ as well as the ‘Parents of Gifted’.
In her practice, she has used a variety of Psychometric instruments like SPM, DAT, CFIT, 16PF, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPI, Conflicts Dynamics Profile, Influence Style Indicator etc.
Chatura has presented papers in many National and International Conferences.
Over the past 25 years, Chatura has worked with a wide spectrum of companies and educational institutes in the areas of Psychometric Assessment, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Behavioural Training and Career Counselling. Chatura has worked with numerous Indian companies, multi-nationals, blue chip, and public sector organisations including various Manufacturing, IT, Telecom, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Pharma packaging, FMCG, Banks, Micro finance, Real Estate companies and Educational Institutions in India and abroad.
Her experience of dealing with a cross section of society gives her valuable insight into human behaviour as well as immense empathy for people. Chatura is now focused on applying the latest in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology to Real Life Applications, specifically in the Industry and Corporate world.
