C4E - "Coaching for Executive Excellence"
"Coaching" is a Skill for some an Art for others. Executive Coaching has become a very important HR and OD initiative in the recent past. The effectiveness of this method has been observed in ownership that executives demonstrate in their own development.
We at Chatur (Chatur Knowledge Networking Pvt. Ltd.) strongly believe that COACHING is a skill that every Manager must possess. 'Coaching for Executive Effectiveness' (C4E) is a two-day workshop to facilitate an individual to hone her/his coaching skills and explore the value of coaching skills in pursuit of being even more Effective Managers/Leaders.
